In-stock orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding UK public holidays).
During high-demand periods, product launches, or pre-order releases, processing times may be extended.

Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be applied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes.
Last Reps has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item becomes available.
Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together unless stated otherwise.
