Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Last Reps.
We want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read the information below carefully before requesting a return or refund. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@lastreps.com.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. (The 14-day return period begins on the day your order is delivered).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must show no signs of wear, washing, or damage
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Once your return request has been approved, items must be returned within 14 days.
Items returned that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.
How to Return an Item
To request a return, please email contact@lastreps.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for return
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
There are no restocking fees.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
- Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact contact@lastreps.com as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and cover any return shipping costs where applicable.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are eligible for return once they have been delivered, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-orders are provided in good faith and may be subject to change.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
